An on-demand laundry and dry cleaning app for one of the biggest dry cleaners in the Netherlands. Allows users to schedule pickups and deliveries, pay for orders, track order status, and set up recurring orders through mobile.

Challenges & solutions
Coordinating pickup and delivery scheduling with real-time map tracking required tight integration between the order management system and Google Maps geofencing. The main challenge was handling scheduling conflicts and notifying users of driver location updates without draining battery through excessive location polling.
