Challenges & solutions
Maintaining live video stream stability across 3G, 4G, and WiFi with graceful quality degradation was the main challenge. Implemented adaptive bitrate switching via Twilio that automatically adjusted stream quality based on available bandwidth while keeping the session alive without requiring manual reconnection from the user.
