Billink
Billink is one of the biggest post-pay solutions for online retail in the Netherlands. The app allows users to check paid and unpaid orders and make payments directly from their phone. Billink takes over the full payment risk from invoicing to collection.
Scope of work
- Implemented network communication with a server through designed API
- Implemented user authorization based on Deep Link technology, OAuth 2.0 and Biometric Authentication
- Implemented secure payment flow
- Implemented invoice generation functionality in PDF format
- Added push notifications
- Integrated Zendesk for in-app support
Challenges & solutions
Implementing a secure and seamless payment flow while supporting multiple authorization methods was the core challenge. Biometric authentication had to work consistently alongside Deep Link-based OAuth flows without compromising security or user experience.
